Vivacious Productions (“We,” or “Us”) uses third-party services which collects, uses and is responsible for certain personal information about you, as part of providing the Vivacious Productions mobile applications (collectively, the “Service”). 

For those in the European Union, we are regulated under the General Data Protection Regulation which applies across the European Union, and we are responsible as controller of that personal information for the purposes of those laws.

Analytics: We may use third party website and mobile application analytic tools on the Service, that employ cookies and other tracking methods (such as tracking pixels) to collect certain information concerning your use of the Service. These tools include:

Children’s Privacy: We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13, allow them to sign up for newsletters, make purchases, or use the Service. In addition, we may limit how we collect, use, and store some of the information of EU users between 13 and 16. Vivacious Productions takes children’s privacy seriously and encourages parents to play an active role in their children’s online experience at all times. We urge parents to instruct their children never to give out their real names, addresses, or phone numbers, without parental permission, when online. 3. Transfer of your Information out of the EEA

Vivacious Productions is based in the United States. No matter where you are located, you consent to the processing, transfer and storage of your information in and to the U.S., and other countries, in accordance with this privacy policy and the privacy policies of third parties with whom we share your Personal Information. The laws of the U.S. and other countries governing data collection and use may not be as comprehensive or protective as the laws of the country where you live.

4. EU Residents - Your Rights

Under the laws of some jurisdictions, including the General Data Protection Regulation in the EEA, you have a number of important rights with regard to your Personal Information.

Whether you’re making a data request under GDPR (Section 5) or CCPA (Section 6), we will need certain information in order to verify your identity and process a data request. Please provide your unique Advertising IDs for any device you’re using to play the game, along with the device type (Android) associated with each Advertising ID.

7. Keeping your Personal Information secure

We have taken steps to put appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost, or used or accessed in an unauthorized way. 

For example, we limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to know it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorized manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

This privacy notice was first published on June 27, 2022 and last updated on January 14, 2024.

We may change this privacy notice from time to time. When we do, we will inform you via email if you have signed up for our mailing list, or by posting a notification on the Service.
