Vivacious Productions (“We,” or “Us”) provides mobile gaming applications. We use third-party services which collect, use, and are responsible for certain personal information about you as part of providing our Service.
For those in the European Union, we are regulated under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which applies across the European Union, and we are responsible as controller of that personal information for the purposes of those laws.

Account Information: If you choose to sign in using a social media provider (such as Google or Facebook), we collect your public profile information, including your name, email address, and profile picture, to create and manage your user account.
Game Activity & Scores: We collect data regarding your progress, match history, win/loss records, and high scores to facilitate multiplayer gameplay and leaderboard features.
Transaction History: If you make In-App Purchases (such as Tokens or Gems), we collect information about the transaction (e.g., items purchased, time of purchase). We do not collect or store your financial details (such as credit card numbers), which are handled entirely by the app store (Google Play or Apple App Store).
User Feedback: If you provide a rating or feedback within the app, we may store this information associated with your account ID to improve our Service.
Technical Data: Your IP address, device type, browser type, and Advertising ID are collected automatically while you use the Service. The legal basis for collecting this information is our legitimate interest or to fulfill a contract with you.
How we use your Personal Information: We use your personal information as follows:
To Provide the Service: We use your Account Information and Game Activity to authenticate you, save your progress across devices, and match you with other players.
Leaderboards: Your Display Name, Avatar, and Score are used to display your ranking on public leaderboards visible to other players.
Analytics & Improvement: We use pooled analytic information and feedback to improve gameplay mechanics, track user retention, and fix technical errors.
Advertising: Your Advertising ID is used to display personalized advertisements on the Service.
Who we share your Personal Information with: We share your Personal Information with certain third parties as part of our operation of the Service.
1. Other Users (Publicly Visible Data):
Because this is a multiplayer game, your Display Name, Avatar, and Game Statistics (such as total points) are visible to other users of the Service on leaderboards and during gameplay. You should avoid using your real full name as your Display Name if you wish to remain anonymous to other players.

We use trusted third-party service providers to store and process data on our behalf:

Children’s Privacy: We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately so we can remove it.
Vivacious Productions is based in the United States. No matter where you are located, you consent to the processing, transfer, and storage of your information in and to the U.S., and other countries, in accordance with this privacy policy. We use Google Firebase to store data, which may utilize servers globally.
Under the GDPR, you have rights including:
Accessing your personal data.
Correcting inaccurate data.
Requesting erasure of your data (Right to be Forgotten).
Objecting to processing.

Right to Know & Delete: You may request details on the categories of personal information we have collected (e.g., Identifiers like email/User ID, Commercial Information like purchase history) and request the deletion of your account.
To process a data request (such as deletion or access), we must verify your identity. Because this app uses account-based authentication:
If you are signed in via Google or Facebook, we may ask you to email us from the email address associated with your game account.
If you play as a Guest, we may need your unique User ID (found in the game settings or profile) or Advertising ID to locate your data.
We limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to know it. We utilize industry-standard security provided by Google Firebase to protect your account credentials and game data.
