We ask that you read this privacy notice carefully, as it contains important information on who we are, how and why we collect, store, use, and share personal information, your rights in relation to your personal information and on how to contact us and supervisory authorities in the event you have a complaint.
Vivacious Productions (“We,” or “Us”) uses third-party services which collects, uses and is responsible for certain personal information about you, as part of providing the Fastrology mobile application (the “Service”).
For those in the European Union, we are regulated under the General Data Protection Regulation which applies across the European Union, and we are responsible as controller of that personal information for the purposes of those laws.
Information collected by us: In the course of providing you with the Service, we collect the following personal information, either automatically or when you explicitly provide it to us:
Birth Data: When you create a profile or request compatibility matches, we collect Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Time of Birth, and Place of Birth (Latitude, Longitude, and Timezone). The legal basis for collecting this information is to fulfill a contract with you (GDPR Art. 6 (1) (b)) to generate accurate astrological charts.
User Content & Chat History: We collect the text of the questions you ask the app and the details of partner profiles you submit for matchmaking. This data is stored to provide you with a history of your readings.
Contact Information: If you contact support, we collect your Email Address and the content of your message.
Account & Technical Data: We collect your User ID (UID), authentication tokens, and credit balance information to manage your account and subscription status.
How we use your Personal Information: We use your personal information as follows:
Birth Data: Your birth details are processed to calculate planetary positions, Ascendant (Lagna), Moon Sign, and other astrological data points required to generate horoscopes and compatibility reports.
User Content Processing: Your questions and relevant astrological chart details are processed by our backend systems to generate personalized text responses, interpretations, and advice.
Contact Information: Used solely to respond to your support inquiries or feedback.
Who we share your Personal Information with: We share your Personal Information with certain third parties as part of our operation of the Service. This data sharing enables us to provide the core functionality of the app, such as secure data storage and real-time processing.
Some of those third-party recipients may be based outside the European Economic Area — for further information, including how we safeguard your personal data when this occurs, see their individual privacy policies linked below.
We share your Personal Information with the following third parties:
Cloud Infrastructure & Data Processing: We use third-party cloud computing providers to store your data, host our backend services, and process user requests.
Google (Google Cloud & Firebase): We use Google services for secure database storage, user authentication, and server-side processing of astrological data. – Privacy Policy
Communication:
Gmail (Google): If you use the "Contact Support" feature, your message and email address are processed via Google Mail services to reach our support team.
Children’s Privacy: We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. The Service is intended for general audiences. If you have any concerns about your child’s personal information, please contact us at vivaciousmobileapps@gmail.com.
Vivacious Productions is based in the United States. No matter where you are located, you consent to the processing, transfer and storage of your information in and to the U.S., and other countries, in accordance with this privacy policy. Our primary data processors maintain data centers globally.

Under the laws of some jurisdictions, including the General Data Protection Regulation in the EEA, you have a number of important rights with regard to your Personal Information.
By law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate.
You can request that your data be erased. You may also delete your chat history directly within the application settings.
You have the right to ask us to stop using your information for a period of time, if you believe we are not doing so lawfully.
Finally, in some circumstances, you can ask us not to reach decisions affecting you using automated processing or profiling.

Right to Know: You can ask us what personal data we hold about you and request a copy. This includes categories of information (such as Birth Data and Chat History) and specific pieces of information.
Right to Delete: You can request that your personal information be erased. Exceptions apply where we need to retain data to perform a contract (e.g., maintain your credit balance) or detect security incidents.
Right to Opt Out: Vivacious Productions does not sell any of your personal information for any purposes.
Whether you’re making a data request under GDPR (Section 4) or CCPA (Section 5), we will need certain information in order to verify your identity. Please contact us from the email address associated with your account, or provide your User ID (available in the app settings) so we can locate your records.
We have taken steps to put appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost, or used or accessed in an unauthorized way. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS) for data transmission and secure cloud storage for data retention.
Access to your personal information is limited to those who have a genuine business need to know it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorized manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
