Vivacious Productions (“We,” or “Us”) uses third-party services which collects, uses and is responsible for certain personal information about you, as part of providing the Fastrology mobile application (the “Service”). 

For those in the European Union, we are regulated under the General Data Protection Regulation which applies across the European Union, and we are responsible as controller of that personal information for the purposes of those laws.

We share your Personal Information with the following third parties:

Cloud Infrastructure & Data Processing: We use third-party cloud computing providers to store your data, host our backend services, and process user requests.

Communication:

Children’s Privacy: We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. The Service is intended for general audiences. If you have any concerns about your child’s personal information, please contact us at vivaciousmobileapps@gmail.com.

3. Transfer of your Information out of the EEA

Vivacious Productions is based in the United States. No matter where you are located, you consent to the processing, transfer and storage of your information in and to the U.S., and other countries, in accordance with this privacy policy. Our primary data processors maintain data centers globally.

4. EU Residents - Your Rights

Under the laws of some jurisdictions, including the General Data Protection Regulation in the EEA, you have a number of important rights with regard to your Personal Information.

5. California Residents – Your Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the following rights: 

Right to Know: You can ask us what personal data we hold about you and request a copy. This includes categories of information (such as Birth Data and Chat History) and specific pieces of information.

Right to Delete: You can request that your personal information be erased. Exceptions apply where we need to retain data to perform a contract (e.g., maintain your credit balance) or detect security incidents.

Right to Opt Out: Vivacious Productions does not sell any of your personal information for any purposes. 

6. Data Requests – Verification Information Needed

Whether you’re making a data request under GDPR (Section 4) or CCPA (Section 5), we will need certain information in order to verify your identity. Please contact us from the email address associated with your account, or provide your User ID (available in the app settings) so we can locate your records.

7. Keeping your Personal Information secure

We have taken steps to put appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost, or used or accessed in an unauthorized way. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS) for data transmission and secure cloud storage for data retention.

Access to your personal information is limited to those who have a genuine business need to know it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorized manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
